Research in Prof. Jinsong Han’s group at China Pharmaceutical University is centered on: (1) Rapid design and synthesis of innovative, functional fluorescent dye library for sensor array construction, as well as biological relevant applications, including diagnosis of clinical disease, food and drug quality control etc. (2) Application of new computational and informatics methods and tools for drug design and discovery, structure-based design and synthesis of molecular target-specific novel small molecule drugs for the treatment of cancer diseases.
